FAQ

How soon will I get my delivery?

Every effort is made to supply your photo clock as quickly as possible. Because each photo clock is custom made when you place your order this can sometimes mean a delay at busy times due to the volume of work, therefore allow extra time for your order. Generally we aim for 7 days for despatch from you placing your order.

What if my order is urgent and I need it by a certain date?

We do understand that sometimes you may have an urgent need for one of our picture / clocks. If this is the case please email us before placing the order so we can check on the availability of materials, and how full our order book is, and we can confirm if we will be able to meet your deadline. We will make every effort possible to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Delivery

Every effort is made to supply your photo clock as quickly as possible. Because the majority of photo clock's are custom made when you place your order this can sometimes mean a delay at busy times, therefore allow extra time for your order.

Generally we aim for despatch within 7 days from you placing your order, although most are shipped before this time.

We use Royal Mail ‘Recorded Delivery’ service to ensure the parcel arrives safe and sound and is signed for. However we cannot accept responsibility for any delays in transit.

If for whatever reason the parcel is not delivered we will work with you to ensure you do recieve it.  We will initially forward the Tracking number straight away.

Terms For Photo Clocks

All products are made from quality materials, but if you find a problem upon delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.

Because all our products are custom made to your specification we can not accept a return if you change your mind. However if of course there is a manufacturing fault we will of course replace the product free of charge.

If an order is cancelled under the Distance Selling Rule (DSR) the customer must return the goods to us at their expense.  However we must be informed of the return to us and we will issue a returns number.  Our products are normally custom made and personalised to your requirements and do not meet the terms under the DSRs, however we will of course do what we can to resolve any issues that you may have amicably.

All products are guaranteed for 12 months; in case of any defects please contact us.
